1. General Terms & Conditions

TigerClub (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between each member and TigerClub.

TigerClub is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. TigerClub reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time — in cases of doubt, a national ID card or passport may be requested.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. TigerClub may update these terms at any time — notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect.

2. Account Rules

Each individual may register only one account on TigerClub. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, TigerClub reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and genuine. Accounts registered with false information will be permanently suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility as a member.
• Sharing your account with another person is strictly prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• TigerClub may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals above a certain limit require a completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You will need to submit a clear photo of your National ID card or passport to complete the process.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The minimum deposit at TigerClub is ৳500 (for bKash/Nagad/Rocket). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Transfers to a different account or to a third party are not permitted — this policy is in place to prevent money laundering.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

TigerClub offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including a welcome bonus, referral bonus, cashback, VIP loyalty bonus, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the respective offer page.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each person is eligible to claim it once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• To receive a referral bonus, the friend you refer must make a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• TigerClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires.

Whether multiple bonuses can be active simultaneously depends on the specific terms of each offer. Please read the full terms of any bonus before claiming it.

5. Betting Rules

Placing a bet on TigerClub means entering into a binding agreement. Once you click 'Confirm Bet', the bet cannot be cancelled — so please review the odds and stake carefully before confirming.

• The minimum bet amount for Sports Betting is ৳50.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and tier.
• TigerClub reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system or software error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the status of any related bets will be determined in accordance with TigerClub's policy.
• Please check the confirmation message to verify whether your bet has been accepted in live betting.
• Bets placed on events involving match-fixing or corruption will be voided and the account will be closed.

If TigerClub determines that a member is exploiting the system through unfair betting strategies (such as Arbitrage or Bonus Abuse), appropriate action will be taken against the relevant bets or account.

6. Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement determines how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

Wagering progress can be tracked in the 'My Bonuses' section. The contribution of each bet toward wagering requirements varies by game type — sports bets count at 100%, while some slots may contribute at 50% or less.

7. Data Privacy & Security

TigerClub keeps all member personal information strictly confidential. We use 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology trusted by banking institutions. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.

8. Responsible Gaming

TigerClub believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage our members to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from betting whenever you need one.
• Reality Check: Periodic session time notifications.

9. Account Closure & Termination

TigerClub reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Creating multiple accounts or attempting to abuse bonuses.
• Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to deceive the Platform.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information.
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Upon account closure, any legitimate main balance (deposits and valid winnings) will be returned — however, bonus balances and any winnings derived from incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the TigerClub support team.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

TigerClub reviews these Terms and Conditions regularly and updates them as needed. A notification will be posted on the Platform before any changes take effect — and for significant changes, you will also be notified by email.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the option to close your account.
